Use this guide when connecting your laptop to a meeting room touch panel, interactive display, or touchscreen monitor.
Step 1: Connect the Display
- Connect your laptop to the touch panel using the provided cable (USB-C, HDMI, or docking station).
- Wait a few moments for Windows to detect the display.
Step 2: Open Display Settings
- Right-click on your desktop.
- Select Display Settings.
Step 3: Select "Extend"
When the projection menu appears, choose:
✅ Extend
This allows you to use the touch panel as a second screen while keeping your laptop screen active.
